A calm return point. One small practice, one prompt, one boundary—so you can take a Genau step.

Entry point (60 seconds)

  1. Place one hand on your chest or belly.
  2. Exhale long (as if fogging a mirror).
  3. Say (quietly or in writing): “Right now, the truth is…”
  4. Finish with: “My next Genau step is…” (one small, doable action).

Goal: regulation, not performance.

Today’s practice (2–8 minutes)

Sit or walk slowly. Feel your feet (or seat). Name 5 sensations without judging them.

Today’s prompt

“If I stop negotiating with my body, what becomes obvious?”

Today’s boundary

“I do not turn my day into a rescue mission.”
